I measure 35 inches under my breast narrowest part and ordered a 36DDD it fits nicely and provided good coverage on the second set of hooks.

I ordered a 34G in the other color and this size fits flush to my sternum and I can wear it on the loosest hook so when it eventually stretches I can move to the middle and closest hook for better fit.
